Sometimes very good things happen to those who wait. Phoebe was a very nervous girl when she first arrived here two years ago, and while she has relaxed a lot, she has still been a bit insecure around strangers. But today Rowena and Teddy came for a visit. Just a visit really, but it was love at first sight. Phoebe obviously knew she had met her human and became a cuddle monster.
